Seminar: New Cultural Strategies

The seminar for Tajic cultural managers was held by the experts of the Cultural Policy Institute on 26 – 29 April 2007 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

The seminar was aimed at (1) introducing the participants into the fundamentals of fundraising and personnel management and at (2) encouraging them to pursue further unassisted studies in the field.

Over the seminar the participants were invited to consider potential ways to the modernisation of the cultural sector in Tajikistan.
